RISE@LUMS

Research Internship in Science and Engineering (RISE) program, is designed to address the need for early exposure to STEM fields for high school students. The program will provide hands-on research experience in university labs under faculty guidance. RISE is open to O/A levels and Matric/F.Sc students planning to pursue a career in STEM. The candidates will receive a certificate of completion in a poster session displaying their research projects. There is no cost of the program, except for hostel accommodation for those seeking it.

Deadline to apply: 17th June, 2024

Duration of internship: 4 weeks (1st to 31st July)

Poster session and distribution of certificates: 31st July, 2024

Note: Limited hostel accommodations for interns coming from outside Lahore, subject to availability.
