9. Duration & Refunds 
   • In case you have bought the wrong service or product from our website, our team will expect communication from your end to info@qalamcounseling.com
     • After receiving your email, we will begin work on ensuring that you are provided credit for the service you had initially set out to purchase from our platform.
     • We will work to ensure that your refund request is processed within five business days.
   • You are allowed to cancel recurring subscriptions at any point in time prior to the next cycle. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

    • It is important to note that Qalam Counseling does not guarantee a 100% success rate in admissions to educational institutions or programs. While we strive to provide accurate information, guidance, and support, admission decisions are ultimately made by the respective institutions or programs and are subject to their criteria and requirements. Qalam Counseling endeavors to assist and support applicants throughout the admissions process but cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

    • Qalam Counseling acknowledges that in the age of AI technology, detection methods for authenticity and plagiarism have become prevalent. While we strive to provide a secure and confidential environment for our users, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against detection or verification processes conducted by institutions or entities to verify the authenticity of user-generated content or credentials.
