🫴🏻(Not) My Body

To me, the body is not one that I can claim as my own, but the soul is. 

 

The body is a separate entity to me, but one that I must care for due to it being a trust from Allah.

🟢 Ventral VS. Dorsal Vagal

As I have introspected about my relationship with this body, I have come to an important realization.

 

To serve and operate at my best, both the soul and body must be fulfilled.

 

If either one is left, I remain incomplete.

Soul and body growth

During a class exercise, we all saw our boundaries realized.

 

However, in the midterm project, I wanted to showcase the growth of soul, and also the receding of it.
